This Thanksgiving painted quite a different picture from last year. Last year I was humongously pregnant and stuck in the hospital. It was an especially hard day for me, but Jacob, Bill and Judy did a wonderful job in trying to make the day as special as possible. Bill and Judy made a wonderful meal that they carted into the hospital for me and the four of us sat around, enjoying our Thanksgiving dinner and talking about what we thought next year's Thanksgiving would be like. Little did we know, all of the wonderful blessings the next year had in store for us.
Fast forward one year. Amy (Jacob's sister) and her family moved to Washington from Florida - none of us ever could have guessed that would happen! And now our beautiful, healthy triplets are a few weeks shy of turning ONE! I feel so blessed, so thankful and so, so happy.

Amy & Frank hosted Thanksgiving in their beautiful new house and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The kids ate EVERYTHING from turkey to green bean casserole to whipped cream and absolutely gorged themselves. All three of them were shoving double fists full of food into their mouths. It was very cute and even better than I had imagined at this time last year.
Here are the kids enjoying some whipped cream...
