When I first started writing this blog, it did not occur to me that so many people, strangers included, would read about our family. While most are genuinely interested in our family and are truly supportive, it has been made clear that there are some that read our blog with a different agenda. There are some that judge, criticize, and try to make us feel bad about the job we are doing as parents.
I had been juggling with the idea of making our blog private just for safety reasons. You really never know what kind of people are reading and what their agenda really is. Recently an 'anonymous' reader left me a mean-spirited comment about a choice I made as a parent, which hurt me very badly. This helped solidify for me that it's time to turn the blog to private. I do not write this blog to be judged as a parent or criticized, so I will no longer allow 'anonymous' people to follow along as I document our journey.
I pride myself on the mother that I am. I know that I am doing the best job I can at raising my kids. Anyone who's raised children should know how difficult it is, especially when you have three that are the exact same age. There are good days, and there are bad. There are days when you are not on top of your game. There are days when mistakes are made, accidents happen and you beat yourself up over it. But when all is said and done, I know that I am doing all that I can to ensure my kids are healthy, safe, happy and know that they are loved.

I totally get it! I'm sending you an email now.
When I was pregnant I devoured triplet blogs (yours included) to know what to expect. It was such an invaluable learning resource for me (and so many others) and it's too bad there are a few rotten tomatoes out there that ruin it for everyone. Totally respect your decision and we'll probably do the same once the boys are older. You guys are great parents as it shows in your kids happy healthy faces. Best wishes!

It is so sad people have to be so cruel. If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. I am so sorry you had to make this decision, but I totally understand. I will send you an email as I would love to continue to follow your blog.
