As much as I hate to ask for help, I've been so thankful for the help over the past few days from family while I've been waiting for my hand to heal.
My wonderful sister took Friday off from work and came to help me out. The kids absolutely loved having her here (although you'd never guess it by looking at the picture below!).
P.S. The doctor says I am out of the woods with my hand. The infection is gone and the swelling is slowing going down too. I can use my hand again (yay!), but still need to take it easy until it is completely healed. Who knew a little puncture wound could turn into such a big deal!
