With their increased mobility and curiosity, not a dull moment goes by in this house! Here are some of the nutty things the triplets have been up to lately...
~Reece bit my nose with his new razor sharp tooth then jammed his finger up my nostril. I shrieked in surprise. That scared him. He started to cry.
~Kate grabbed Reece's dirty diaper and started to eat it. Luckily her mouth didn't touch the soiled part!
~Chase gave himself a swollen red eye because he bopped himself with his plastic guitar.
~Reece ate a post-it. Had to pick it out of his gums.
~Chase bounced so hard in his jumperoo on Grandma's deck that he got blisters on the ends of his toes that popped and then bled all over the place. And he was only bouncing for about 10 minutes!
~Kate figured out how to open cabinets and took the knob off of the TV console.
~ I laid on the floor in the playroom to play with them. Soon someone was pulling my hair, one was sucking on my toe, and the third was drooling on my neck.
~Reece discovered how much fun a mirror can be and spends a lot of time licking himself in the mirror.
~They all "pet" Daisy, which actually is them pulling on her ears, yanking her hair out, licking her, and eating her tail. Luckily she is really tolerant and doesn't even flinch. She is learning to avoid them though :) Lilo is not a fan of their "petting" and avoids them at all costs.
~Chase is finally learning how to defend himself and tried to "bite" Kate's forehead when she invaded his space. Every time she came near him, his mouth dove after her head. It was like a glimpse into the future...what it will be like when they start fighting for real.
~Kate threw up on the floor and then played with it.
~Chase was lying on his belly whining away (as usual) so Reece decided to comfort him by crawling over to him, climbing up on his back and giving him a big full body hug. Chase did not appreciate this.
They never cease to amaze me. Their daily antics make me laugh, make me crazy, and keep me BUSY!
