It's a definite fact that girls mature faster than boys. My trio are living proof.
Kate was a piece of cake to potty train. This summer, I was getting the kids in their swimsuits so that we could play in the inflatable pool outside. I didn't feel like wasting swim diapers (they ain't cheap!), so I told the kids to tell me if they had to potty. Kate did. And she hasn't worn a diaper since. It was as easy as that. I think she's only had 2 accidents ever. She wears a Pull-Up to bed, but it is never even wet in the morning. She won't even let me come in the bathroom to supervise anymore. She always yells, "Go on, Mama! Leave me alone!"
I keep reminding myself that this won't last forever. There will be an end to diapers. Someday.
