The house has been unusually quiet today because my little ball of energy, Chase, has been MIA. There is an excavator working across the street today, so he has taken up permanent residence on a stool in front of his bedroom window. As an added bonus there has been numerous dump trucks pulling up and dumping loads of rock and sand. The boy couldn't be happier.

I love this! The construction is almost done in our neighborhood. Nolan is going to be sad when the trucks pack up and move along.
