We decided to give church another try on Sunday since we haven't been back since the Easter fiasco. It is so hard to get them ready, make sure they've eaten and napped, get out ourselves ready and out the door by 10:20 in order to make it to church by 11:00.
But we thought we should give it a go since it was the last day for getting your picture taken for the church directory and we thought it would be good practice since the kids are going to be baptized on Father's Day (only 2 weeks away!). By the way, any and all are invited to attend the service at Rose Hill Presbyterian Church for the baptism. The service is at 11:00 and the church is in Kirkland, WA.
The minute we took C-Man out of his car seat for the picture, he began screaming. He kept this up on and off throughout most of the service and I ended up having to spend most of the time in the cry room with him. Kate and Reece did great, but they all started to completely meltdown about half way through the service, so we quickly whisked them all out and headed home. We all were so tired from the weekend's festivities, that we all crashed. Jacob and I even napped for 2 hours while the kids took 3 hour long naps!
