Reece has finally figured out how to suck his thumb! About a week ago he decided that he doesn't like his binky anymore and either cries when you put it in his mouth or spits it out. We have been secretly wishing for this for months, so we are ecstatic! I know that probably sounds crazy because thumb sucking is a hard habit to break when he's older, but it means one less binky we have to crawl around on the floor in the dark looking for, one less binky we have to keep track of all day long, and one less binky that we have to sterilize day in and day out. Plus he's totally in control of it and doesn't need us to stick it in his mouth whenever he wants it. And I think it's absolutely adorable right now. So for now we are cheering the boy on!
